Please bring a printed, signed copy of the below form for your first appointment. If you are unable to printed copies will be available to sign at the salon.
Cancellations & Missed Appointments
Pawsitively Pet Groomers requires 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty.

Canceling less than 48 hours out will result in a $30+ tax fee for the first time. Subsequent late cancellations will be charged half the cost of services booked.

"No Shows" ( not coming with no notice or arriving 15+ minutes late) will be charged the full cost of services booked.

Payment Options:
Accepted payment options are currently cash or etransfer to pawsitivelypetgroomers@gmail.com.
Payment is to be paid in full by the end of the day of services booked (4:30pm EST)

Pawsitively Pet Groomers reserves the right to only accept cash payment at the time of pickup in the event of repeated late etransfer payments.
Why do we keep the dogs for 3-4 hours:
We care for a wide assortment of pets. Anything from a super senior dog with mobility issues, to a nervous puppy that is still learning what this whole grooming thing means, to an insecure dog that needs us to move at their speed. Because of this we keep the dogs with us for 3-4 hours so if anyone needs a break they can have one. The dogs are either with us in the tub/on the table, or secured in a private kennel with a towel/blanket. For everyone's safety no dogs are allowed to meet unless from the same household. So while we are not "one-on-one" every pet has their own safe space while in our care. Having the extra time means no one is rushed or pushed past their comfort zone. Our aim is for everyone to have a pawsitive experience and be as low stress as possible.
